HARMONIA

The method

The seven steps

Seven passages, crossed in order. Then a summit, which is not crossed: it is integrated.

H · A · R · M · O · N · I — seven steps. The final A of HARMONIA stands for the Ascension, which is not an eighth step.

H

History

To acknowledge the path already walked before wanting to change it.

The journey, the inheritances, the memories. You look at where you come from, without judgement.

A

Acceptance

To make room for what is already there.

Nothing transforms in refusal. What is acknowledged can finally move.

R

Resonance

To listen to what echoes, in the body as in the emotions.

The body speaks before words. You learn to hear it rather than silence it.

M

Movement

To move from intention to experience.

This is not performance. It is what begins to circulate again.

O

Opening

To widen the field of what seemed possible.

The horizon shifts, and with it the way you stand in your life.

N

Non-attachment

To let go of what no longer needs to be carried.

Not to erase, but to lighten. To set down what no longer has to be carried.

I

Imagination

To imagine a path that does not yet exist.

Transformation stops being a repair. It becomes a project.

A

Ascension

The seven steps do not end. They gather.

It is noticed afterwards. The same situation no longer produces the same reaction; a decision is made without struggle.

Nothing spectacular. A higher vantage point.

Seven passages. A single summit.

Where are you today?

Most people recognise the place on the path where they stand from the first reading. An introductory conversation makes it possible to situate it with you.
