Data collected

The site requires no account. Data is collected only when you request the HARMONIA guide:

• your email address,
• the language of the site you were reading (French, Swedish or English),
• the page and device type the request came from,
• the date of the request.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used only to send the guide once, to avoid a second sending to the same address, and to measure in aggregate which pages and languages work best.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you enter your address. No marketing follow-up is ever sent.

Recipients

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. It is processed by technical providers acting on behalf of the publisher:

• a database service, to record the request,
• an email service, to deliver the guide,
• the platform hosting the site.

Retention

The email address is kept as long as needed to guarantee a single sending of the guide, and at most three years after the request.

It is deleted immediately on request.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time.

A simple request to contact@symphonianaturae.com is enough; it is answered within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — the CNIL in France, the IMY in Sweden.

Security

Requests are stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and all traffic to the site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
